I'm not getting alert notifications of motion detection. I have tried everything that I know of and still the situation remains the same. Cameras are working, system is armed. This has been going on now for some time and I am pretty frustrated. Can someone pleas help?

2 things to check:

 

1) Check your modes and rules to verify notifications are enabled for the cameras.

 

2) Check the phone settings for the Arlo app to ensure notifications are enabled.

Yes, I have tried everything imaginable, settings, mode, etc.

Have you also rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?
