Adding previously shared devices

I have a number of cameras and a base model that were used in the home we currently live in. I was previously given shared access to the cameras but I did not manage the account. The account owner (my mother) has since cancelled her subscription and removed the devices. The cameras were still shared with me, but I was not able to use them. I've removed them all from my account. I have a paid subscription with Arlo but I don't know how to add the cameras back to my account so I can use them. I tried scanning for the base model but it won't detect it. I've also done the factory reset. How can I use the cameras and base model I have and get them added to my account?

You need to start with the base.

 

What model is it?  (there is a VMBxxxx label on it).

What is the LED status

Is it showing up in your router's attached device list before you on-board it?

 

Also, are you using the app or a PC (my.arlo.com)?
