Adding more cameras to one base station

Currently have 5 Arlo Pro cameras connected to a single base station on a free plan. My roommate wants to purchase two additional cameras for his outdoor belongings.

Can he create a second account on the same base station?

Will he be able to share the two cameras with me so that I can see all 7?

You can't add more than 5 cameras on the FREE account.... and you can't have more than one primary account on the same base.

He needs to purhase a base and cameras and then you can SHARE all the cameras to each other.
