Adding cameras to existing ARlo Pro system

I have successfully gone through the  process of syncing the new ARlo camera with my ARlo Pro base station......all the right lights blinked .....but I am not able to view on my Android phone app or my iPad app.

When I click on add a new device I just get instructions for syncing which I have already done.   PLease help!!!!

Does the new camera show up under Settings > My Devices? It sounds like the sync was not successful. Consider rebooting your base station and attempt the sync process again.
