Adding a second system

I installed an Arlo Wire-Free 6 camera system in my house and I added my wife as an authorized user.  I am now trying to install an Arlo Pro system at her business, with her as the primary account holder.  However, when she logs into the Arlo app, she doesn't see any way to add a new system.  Does she need to use a different email account for the new system?

If you go here in a browser connected to the same network as the base

https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login

Click on New To Arlo and go from there.

 

If this is the first time her email address will be registered as the primary account then it should be fine.

Actually, she should be able to log in normally and use the Add Device button at the bottom of her display.  The new system selection implies setting up an account first and then adding hardware - she already has an account so that's not needed.
