Adding a Friend but the Add button is not highlighted to I can't click on it.

Trying to add a friend to my arlo camera. I can get to Grant Access but the 'Add' button is not highlighted so I can't click on it to add the friend.

I am also having this issue. I am trying to grant my family access to my Alro Pro 2 but the "add" button on the top right is grayed out. I have been unable to add anyone to the system because of this. How can I fix this problem?

I am trying to grant my family access to my Alro Pro 2 but the "add" button on the top right is grayed out. I have been unable to add anyone to the system because of this. I have tried on the app on my iPhone as well as on my desktop on both safari and google chrome. It is continuously grayed out and not letting me add anyone. How can I fix this problem?

Which version of the Arlo app are you using?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
