we just installed two new Arlo Spotlight cameras to our system. They work great and record as usual, but our other cameras keep setting off alarms but no recording? Any ideas? I can't find anywhere to locate recording in the settings. ARLO SECURE only shows the two new cameras. thank you for any help.

Did two different people set up both the old and new cameras? If so, you should use Settings, Grant Access from one login to the other so all cameras are seen at once.
