Add camera's to a system that has four camera's already

I am in the market to purchase a camera system. I would like the Arlo Pro with the four camera that comes with the system. I wanted to know can I add more cameras to this system? Do I have to purchase another Arlo management base to view more cameras.

The base unit can handle up to 15 cameras  ...

 

But # of cameras are what the service levels are based on...Basic is free for up to 5, after 5 you can upgrade to a higher level account if needed ( but there is a fee )
