I have an alert that Activity Zones are currently disabled.  It says AC power has been disconnected and please reconnect For only one camera, the other camera is fine and doesn’t have the activity zone option

I have Arlo pro 1 cameras and I noticed that one camera has a different firmware update than the other.

curious what the problem could be.

Activity zones while on battery power is a subscription feature.  Activity zones while on AC power is not.

You'll see thie message when

  • the camera is on battery power and
  • activity zones are created for the camera and
  • there is no subscription for the camera

My cameras don’t need subscription as there Arlo pro 1. Like I said the one camera works and the other doesn’t. I want to know if it’s fixable with the software that’s updated on the camera it’s self? Or am I getting out of Arlo cameras

Then why did you post your question in the Pro 4 forum section????

You could just ignore the activity zone warning.  You can also try removing the problem camera from the account, and then adding it back again.

I have tried removing the camera and it didn’t change it. It isn’t working because the camera thinks it needs the activity zones for some reason. Wondering if there’s a way to change the firmware on that one camera?

FWIW, it should be possible to dismiss the warning screen.
