Acquired 2 Cameras from Someone Else

I recently moved into a new  house and the previous owners left two cameras attached to the outside of the house. The house has been vacant for quite some time so I have no way of connecting with the previous tenants to know if they deactivated/removed the cameras from their account. 

 

If I purchase a base station will I be able to use these cameras? I’ve read an older post with a similar question, but I didn’t see a definitive answer in the thread
