Account using obsolete e-mail address

I had created an account over 5 years ago with a work account email address. I have since retired and the work email has been decommissioned. Unfortunately I do not remember the password to the old account and therefore would not be able to receive any password resets. How can I have the account 'moved' to a personal email?
