ARLO model VMC 4030 I can not seem to get the sound detection turned off or lowered by volume

MY model number is VMC 4030 for some reason the audio detection on my cameras has become a nuisance. I have not found a way to turn it off. I have owned these cameras for quite a period of time and sound detection was never an issue previously. Is there a way to delete it or go back to how it was before?

Thank you for any and all help! I have exhausted every thing I can think of. I have turned off the microphone and speaker and also lowered it down to zero. I thought the camera was a pro but the box just says  NETGEAR arlo and the model number that I provided.

Audio detection triggering is managed in the app under the mode’s camera rules, not in the camera settings.
