I am now a paying member of the ARLO Secure + plan. When I go into Settings/Camera Positioning - it tells me "This Function is NOT Supported". This happens for all of my cameras.
Why is this happening & how can I fix it.
Thaks for any help

Open the app, choose settings. Then scroll down and choose support (which should be right above the privacy center option)
Select a camera that is in the subscription plan, and scroll down to "contact" You should see a phone option in that section that you can select.

I don't know why that is happening (it doesn't happen with my Pro 2 cameras, though I am using a VMB5000 base).
Since you have a subscription, you could use the phone support option in the app.
FWIW, the function doesn't really do that much. You can just livestream the camera instead. You might have more lag, and perhaps lower quality - but it will serve the purpose equally well.
