ARLO PRO one camera no longer working

Bought the 4 camera arlo pro system, from best buy on 1/27/17. one camera has already quit working. who do i contact? is there a actuak number i can call or do i need to go back to best buy. Not happy with a camera breaking that quickly.

Take it back to Best Buy. Bear in mind that they MAY require you to return everything for an exchange, not just the one camera

 

Can we ask what the issue is first?

Swapping at the store is the quickest solution, as mentioned by Steve.  Or use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

What is indicating that the camera is no longer working? If you could provide more detail on the issue, we may be able to offer a resolution that does not require a return/exchange.
