ARLO PRO ZONE SETTINGS

Bought a 4th camera and using it for driveway. It failed to pick up a 5ton  garbage truck 100  feet away. I looked to see if I needed to adjust zone or something. It is all gone. $150 for an add on camera and I didnt know a garbage truck pulled up to foot of driveway. Judging by other posts, I see this is a new issue since it worked when I first purchased my ARLO set in late November, is there any news on this or is the feature gone for good????  thanks in advance!

Did you check your zones on the web portal or the Arlo Mobile App? When you say "gone" are the zones deleted or the feature is not there?

hi, the settings are completely gone. We have tried the website, android and the apple apps. It seems the feauture is no longer  available

Can you try and move the camera to the inactive section & back to active and test again.

actually since this morning, it allows me to use the pan and zoom to adjust the area and lets me save it. This may be replacing the old way of setting zone. As of yesterday it didnt have that capability. I will post back if I think its resolved. Thanks!
