Cain't discover on my phone... do we have to have the same account number to the camera? because when my husband got a new phone and tried to set it up and it booted me off and now it can't b discover and i reboted it and reset it and nothing worked. i unstalled the app on my phone and reinstall it and still nothing. if i do it with his account it will boot him off.

You can ONLY have one PRIMARY user.... for a second person to use the cameras the PRIMARY must SHARE them via GRANT ACCESS  and then assign admin privileges

( when a primary user logs in from another device, the other device is kicked off line, doesn't happen if SHARED )

 

Look in FAQs for Grant Access
