ARLO Camera Not Reconnecting and won't show up on my account but does on grant user's account

My arlo wasn't operating correctly, so after resyncing (a few times), I removed the camera from the app. The problem got solved (someone else in the house had switched the camera off from his app and didn't realize it would switch it off for everyone). But now that he turned the camera back on, my phone and my laptop still can't find/connect to the camera. I've tried multiple times and nothing. The little "searching for available camera" icon just spins and spins till it gives up.

 

No matter what I try -- or how many times I try it -- I can't get that camera to show up again on my account. It DOES show up on his account (because, presumably, he never removed it).

 

What haven't I tried that may work? Thanks for any help you can give me!

Usu, the only person that can turn the camera off for all is the Primary Account holder... ( privacy mode sort of )

So, maybe the primary account holder has to Grant Access to you for that camera again
