Hi Everyone,

 

I am having trouble connecting to my cameras through my phone app.  The app says all the cameras apperar to be offline.  The base stations lights are all green and it appears to be connected to the internet.  Our internet and cable recently went out for almost a day due to weather issues (flooding), and ever since it came back on, they havent worked.  I powered down everything and restarted it, but nothing changed.  All of our other electronics are working online, but the arlo.  Any help would be appreciated.

Problem solved!  I had to remove the base station and cameras from the app, then re-add them!  Everything is back to normal:)

First thing is to test it on a computer to see if it's the phone or system.

They are showing all green.

ARe you getting any videos recorded? ABout all I can suggest is to reboot your modem, router and base, in that order, even though you said you've already restarted everything.  If still hosed, open a case with support:

What are the base LEDs showing? Have you tried logging out and back in? Are you getting recordings? Have you rebooted the base?
