AC Power disconnected from device

I recently purchased my Arlo Pro VMB4000. Okay so far. EXCEPT! I have an error message on one of the cameras "AC power has been disconnected from your Arlo device. Activity Zones are currently disabled."

This camera is not recording any activity, it shows live feed but it’s rendered completely useless. I have tried re-sync with no luck. Cam is fully charged.

What does this mean? Advice greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices & Re-add it?
