What is the AC input voltage range for the base station and for the batteries charger? I want to know if I can use the equipment in my house, and I just have power outlets with 220 V ~AC.

The power adapter that comes with the US base station only does 110V. You can use the base station but would need either a step down transformer or to use a different power adapter.
Not sure about the camera charger sorry

either way... the base units run on 12v dc @ 1.5a, so an adapter would need to meet these voltages reguardless of the input  v

Can you verify it is only 110V?  Perhaps it's an American plug but the input voltage these days for items like laptops and routers are usually dual voltage 110-240V.  Look at the plug or AC adapter where the input voltage is listed and let us know please.
