Hello,

Sometime early on 2/29/2020 most of my Arlo Pro camera batteries drained to 0%.  They didn't activate and record very much at all, but this morning 6/10 were completely dead with 1almost dead, only the 3 with power/solar chargers survived.

Anyone else have this issue?

I don't think the base was offline, or at least it wasn't when I checked.

@TomMac I have 3 subject cameras and 2 Arlo pro 2 cameras.  I just recharged one of the Pro cameras yesterday morning and was working fine.  Today, I get notice that camera batteries were low and almost drained completely ., .!!  Now . . . none of my regular Arlo Pro cameras will connect even though I have recharged the batteries.  Only my Pro 2 cameras are functioning now . . .something happened to all my Pro cameras yesterday . . .I have no internet outage and base station seems to be functioning ok since I can connect to the Pro cameras . . .anyone know what's going on here ??

Don't know... battery drain usu is no base access or usage.

I would try and power button reboot the base ( off then on ) and then give it a few min to come back alive.

see if it helps.
