On the 18th Feb I received the below email from Arlo. Yet I now no longer have access to the 7 day free cloud storage. Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks

The feature is still there, so this is a problem with your system.

 

As a first step, try livestreaming a camera, and see if you can make a manual recording.

There was an error with my base station - I did a factory reset and now can record. Thanks
