5 Arlo Pro cameras work great but Motion activated cloud storage stopped after several months. Help!

My 5 Arlo Pro Cameras send alerts & all work great. Cat Very Happy They never drop out. But after several months of free cloud storage, the motion timeline is empty for an tire month & movement triggers no longer record motion in the cloud. How do I restore cloud storage for movement? Cat Sad

Solved my problem! Had smart settings for all 5 cameras set to "do nothing" if motion is detected!

Is there away to have one camera on motion and the others on record?

YES - you can set up one camera for motion detection and the others on record. Go to the "Security" setting on the Arlo App (Security is actually setting options on the Hub) - not the individual camera video settings. Choose SmartThings. There you will see full individual controls for each camera. I just verified this on my 5) Arlo Pro cameras / hub setup. Each camera can be set up independently to monitor motion, sound, record, send push notification or email notification - or any combination of these options. 

 

Personal note: I turned off sound monitoring on these same settings because whenever a loud truck drove by, I received a push notification from each outdoor camera - this became very annoying!
