2nd user can't see all cameras

I set up 4 camera Arlo Pro. I have 3 cameras set up and synced. I can see them fine. An approved 2nd user can only see 2 of the 3. why? We have deleted and reloaded the 2nd users app thinking that may solve it but it did not. I tried sending another acceptance email to the 2nd user but the Arlo system won't allow me to. How do I get the second user to see all cameras. Very frustrating.

You need to go into settings where it says Grant Access. Click on the arrow to the right of text that says (1).

Click on the word Accepted on the next page.

Click on each camera you want the person to have access to and be sure you get a green check mark to the right of each camera.
