2 out of 5 of my Arlo cameras keep going Offline

I have 5 Arlo cameras. 2 of them keeps going Offline. I called Arlo customer support and they told me that the registration expired for these 2 cameras and will expire for the other 3 soon if I don't pay to register them. Apparently Arlo only gives us 2 years free registration. Is this true??? I've never heard of this. It willl cost me 100.00 for 2 years, 150.00 for 5 years and 200.00 for life time. Is this true????

What number did you call, that sounds like someone may be trying to take you money. Please contact Arlo customer support at the link below. Arlo has monthly subscriptions that you can purchase including a Basic subscription that is free with 7 days of cloud recordings & up to 5 cameras.
