My new Arlo Pro worked great for about 2 months. Recently the electricity went off a couple of times during a storm. Now one of the cameras does not show as being synced. I have tried the following :
1. Charged the camera
2. Turned off the Base Station and turned back on
3. Attempted to synch camera by several different methods (pressing sync on base and then on camera, pressing both at same time)
4. The blues light in the camera will blink slowly but never speed up
5. The amber light will blink letting me know the sync did not work
I have spent several hours on this and am very disappointed.
Should I remove all devices and start over? Any other ideas? Thank you for any advice!

Did you try to remove the battery and re-insert it? This usually forces the camera to reboot and correct any corrupted firmware problems.

Brian,
I took the battery out a couple of times while trying this. It still did not sync. The amber light blinked that the sync was not successful.

If you're only briefly pressing the base sync button and not holding it, there should be no problem. Remove a camera from Settings, My Devices and try again. If no good, I'd remove all devices from the same place and start fresh.
