I have been correaponding with online chat yesterday, twice. they had me disconnect nightgear and base. Of course i lost connection with them. have tried for hours to reconnect. Can someone please tell me how to reconnect with online support. i have one camera that the blue light will not come on after recharging the batteries and synching. i currently have two cameras and this one will not synch. this is so very frustrating at present i am so sorry for purchasing this product. There is no help you just have to figure it out or lose your hard earned money and your mind with this product. Utterly ridiculous!!!!

If I were in your shoes then I would pick up the phone and call support.

Consider installing the battery from the working camera in the camera that isn't syncing. Try and sync again, do you still see the same behavior?
