How do I get it so cameras show on both my wife’s phone and mine???

Who set up the system? If it was you, she can use your credentials to log in or you can use Settings, Shared Access to invite her to see specific cameras.

While you can use the friend account feature, the easiest way is to use the same Arlo username and password on both phones.
