On Jan 16 2026 my credit card was charged $215.86. I have received nothing from Arlo, Fed Ex or anyone. Right now I am out the money with nothing to show for it. Have been a Arlo customer for a long time. This is the first time any problem like this has occurred. Enjoy your product. Just looking for resolution on this problem. Thank you.
