I have been a long time customer with 19 cameras and a subscription....I am getting alerts but I can't get into the account and see any devices or alerts...my wife can but I share it with her ...I am the primary....
Chat is worthless as it just says I am not qualified for phone support...something has gotten corrupted...
at noon time today I got a low battery notice on one of my cameras....email for account I think is Email since that where the notices go....
