What is the temperature operating range?

This 5SPro camera keeps going off line. What to do? What is the temperature operating range?

All Arlo cameras are spec'ed to work down to -5F/-20C. There's a bit of wiggle room since each camera's hardware may detect low temps somewhat differently but generally they should basically operate the same.

Temps are not that cold here. It maybe went down to 20 F.  I added a SmartHub VMB5000 recently. I click on the camera device info and that wakes it up for a lack of a better term. So what to do?

Is the camera connected to the new hub or to your WiFi? Interesting that clicking on Device Info wakes the camera up - haven't seen that before.

The camera is paired to the SmartHub. They are showing as two devices when I click on Devices. There are two Arlos in my WiFi list.
