I own your newest doorbell camera, base station, and Pro 5S cameras, and it has become glaringly apparent that my local storage functionality is severely limited, forcing me into a subscription. Your subscription costs are exorbitant and do not align with my needs. It's clear that your business model aggressively pushes users towards these recurring fees.

Is there any legitimate reason, beyond a transparent money grab, why I am prohibited from integrating with a cloud service I already pay for and utilize?

My next course of action hinges entirely on your response. Depending on your answer, I am prepared to abandon your system entirely and invest in a competitor's solution. Had I known about these restrictive practices and the mandatory subscription model, particularly after reviewing discussions within your own community forums, I would never have purchased your system in the first place.
