How to restrict access

I have a shared user with Admin next to their name for access rights. I tried to change it to restricted, but had no luck. Can anyone help?

Do you use Library to view recordings or Feed? The app supports both interfaces. For the latter (Feed), when you are editing that person's access you should see the right arrow to change that permission. Inside is a toggle to remove Admin rights.
