There isn’t Arlo Pro 5s 2k on the Arlo Secure App

I live in Colombia and I want to add the Pro 5S 2k but this camera doesn’t appear on the App. When will it be available in Colombia? Arlo Pro 5S 2K

Same here in the Netherlands. Going to follow up this after the weekend, but very annoying, looks like I bought something worthless now

Same here in Hong Kong! I bought it from a local merchant, and it's backed by a distributor. Unfortunately, it looks like it was a parallel import from Japan. This is just crazy!
