Subscription trial plan

I was unaware you have to pay for a monthly subscription to view my feed after 60 days. Now I have to pay $20 a month to view them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and welcome to Arlo. The product packaging highlights the Arlo Secure trial and subscription details, but I’d be glad to clarify. Without a subscription, you’ll always have access to live streaming and two-way audio. To unlock features like cloud recording and advanced detection, an active Arlo Secure plan is required.
