Subscription not providing the coverage I’m paying for

Any one else having issues with the service provided with their subscription? 

As soon as I went on the Plus plan - my cameras stopped picking up vehicles, people, animals etc.. they are pretty much useless now. 

I chose the highest plan to get all these captured.

im finding it really hard to get any help from Arlo!

Did you check the object detection settings in the app?
