Stuck and NO support from Arlo

I have been asked to assist in setting up access to cameras that were previously installed. However, I cannot get access because the cameras have been set up by an employee who died. I cannot get a verification email to go through on the deceased person's email nor my email, so I am completely stuck and there seems to be no support from Arlo. Everything is automated and none of the automated support helps at all to fix this situation.
How does one reach support so I can access these cameras? We have spent a lot of money on Arlo cameras and it is ridiculous that we can get no support.
