I’ve tried sharing my camera with my spouse, she gets the invite but it keeps saying wrong email/password….

what do I do?

Does she already have an Arlo account?

 

Generally it works better to click on the "create account" link on a PC.  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  If she already has an account, she just logs into it (including completing the two-factor authentication step).  If not, she creates one there.  Obviously don't allow the browser to auto-fill your credentials.
