Running a pro 5s 2k to a hub with a flash drive for local storage. The camera registers motion events in my feed, and I can view some of them, but most are gray boxes that say "Failed to download. Please try again" when I click on them. My flash drive is only about 1% full.

I f you eject the drive and view on a computer, do the videos play? Have you rebooted the hub?
