Recently all my arlo's stopped recording - horrible support

I have 5 x Arlo 5s + a door camera and Arlo comes at a premium but i never thought the support is substandard. I recently bought some Yi cameras as their continuous video recording is only 10 dollars ish a month. Recently all my arlo's stopped recording, contacted support and I felt like a beggar. It seems that Arlo is doing me a favour by asking me to troubleshoot myself and read 100 lines of KB articles. I just wonder whether is it me or other users are experiencing horrible support and regret buying these cameras.
