I recently purchased 9 arlo pro 5s. The mic on all of the cameras do not work. The audio works fine, the push to talk doesn't. Any suggestions?

If you hear audio in the recordings (or while livestreaming), then the microphones in the cameras are all working.

Is the issue that you cannot hear the person talking when you use push-to-talk? Or that they cannot hear you?

If you have a headset or earbuds, then try using that instead of the phone speaker, and see if that changes the symptoms.
