I’m a Arlo client for many years have been upgrading my cameras during the years. Just purchased in the States Arlo 5S pro .( I live outside the US)
now I found out that the reason can’t connect the new Cameras is that my App is not updated even though I have the latest version.. but the version that is compatible with the 5S has not been released in my country and they don’t know when it will be released!
So I can’t use my new cameras ,This most be a problem for other countries too , I told the representative that they should have put a note on the box that it only works with the newest version ( indicating the number ) I would have check before purchasing
So frustrating.. not sure what to do now might have to send it back

FWIW, the problem isn't the app. It's that the camera itself is not supported in your country.

FWIW, the problem isn't the app. It's that the camera itself is not supported in your country.
