My camera is added to my existing system, and it will display video through the app but it will not record activity.
any tips?
I am also frustrated with the support options that trap me in a doom spiral of redirects to articles and WiFi scans but connect me to a human or even an automated agent to create an issue.
I am a paying customer, ARLO you are failing me! I spent money on this GD camera and I want it to work. Help me!

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?
If you can, then look at the details of the mode you are using. Make sure there is rule for the camera in that mode.

Hi thank you for the reply! Yes, I can record an event while live streaming.
I don't see anywhere in the camera's settings to choose a mode or attach settings to it. I just see "default mode settings" ... tips?
