Pro 5S 2K Is Dead

I received a low battery warning for a Pro 5S 2K, and in less than 12 hours before I could charge it, it went offline. After a full day off charging while I was at work it was still completely dead and wouldn't charge. I purchased a 2pk of batteries with a charging base from Amazon and fully charged them, neither of the new batteries work either. The unit is completely dead, there are no lights whatsoever when putting in a fully charged battery.

Do you have a subscription and any other cameras? The sub is needed to talk to official support but choosing a different camera should get you going regardless.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll to Contacts to see what official support may offer, including an RMA.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, I have already deleted the camera using the app, and it's no longer listed on my account.
