Pro 5 wont record

Just added this camera to an existing system. Have set up the same as all the other 6 cameras but it will not record activity

Is it in the trial subscription plan?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?

sorry about the late reply ,yes forgot to add to supscription    -  all good now
