I have Smart Premier Multi Camera subscription and I recently purchased Pro 5 trying to replace one of the Pro 4 cameras from the subscription with it. I think that should be done on the "Smart Notifications" section on the app, but Essential and Pro 5 are missing from the list (only Pro 3 Floodlights and Pro 4 cameras are listed).

I have tried removing the Pro 5 from my account and readding it, but it didn't help.

Is it possible to use Pro 5 camera with Smart Premier Multi Camera plan?

Thank you for the response, it did lead me to the right direction.

I removed the Pro 4 and the Pro 5 from my account, so that my plan had only four cameras assigned. The account still had five cameras, but the Essential was not automatically added to the plan.

When I added them back, starting with the Pro 5, it was automatically added to the plan. I then added the Pro 4.

I now have the plan set up the way I wanted, but this is not easy way to manage cameras in plan. Pro 4 and Essential are not listed on the Smart Notifications section, it only lists the active cameras (now including the Pro 5) so they cannot be switched from the app.

It should add automatically to the plan. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
