After saying pling to the code, it cannot find the camera. Under units it is however recognized, but offline. Cannot switch online.
my other essential cameras Connect fine and doorbell that came with the camera. So not charged enough?

Two suggestions, one easier than the other. I have 4 Arlo Pro 5, bought a month apart. I have over 60 WiFi devices, and the first time I disconnected 6 of them and was able to connect the 2 Arlos. The second set I couldn't connect no matter what I tried. I had a great Arlo support person who found a workaround. You might call them and ask them to walk you through connecting using your phone as a hot spot! This is what she had me do. Once it was connected through the hot spot I had to go back to the app where each camera was showing my WiFi network, and I had to select the network. The two new cameras work perfectly! Good Luck!
