Order information update, no customer service to help

Is there anyone working in the customer service to help me about my order. ive been trying for days to get information about my order which was placed last week. according to the confirmation i got via mail, my product is supposed to me delivered in 2-3 working days and we are outside of the scope and no communication received. im looking for a phone number to call but nothing, and the chatbot is not the most "smart" chatbot there to help as well.

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off. (edited)
