Not recieving push notifications

I'm new to Arlo but have had my camera's installed for about 3 weeks. just in the last couple of days I have stopped receiving notifications for motion on my phone. Nothing has changed in my settings for my phone or camera's. When I change from armed to home/stand by, I get a notification of this change, so I know I'm connected to Wi-Fi. I have full control of the cameras from my desktop and android phone, but for whatever reason no longer receiving motion notifications on any of my 5 cameras'? The motion is captured and stored in my feed, I see them populate, but am never notified? any help is appreciated!

Check your modes and rules to verify that notifications are enabled. In each rule should be a Notifications section where you can toggle that. Also check the phone settings for the app to ensure notifications are enabled.
