My Arlo pro 5 camera was set up a couple weeks ago, and I got my recordings for free. This was part of the trial, however, now the trial ended, and all the recordings are gone and it will not record anymore. However, recordings should still be free, but it doesn't record. How can I fix this? What happened?

Did you purchase a subscription plan for the camera before the trial ended?

No. I added the camera and it gave me the free trial, but that ended. But you don't need a subscription for video recordings. I don't know why this camera stopped but the others continued which I had for years

The trial subscription was a trial, not a forever sub. Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a sub for cloud recordings.
